Who we are

VetLum provides practice software for veterinary clinics in the United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to clinics that use VetLum and to people who use this website.

The service

VetLum is a web application for running a veterinary clinic: appointments, clinical records, billing, stock, client messages and reports. It runs in a web browser and needs an internet connection.

Accounts and seats

• The clinic owner manages who has access and what each role may do.
• Each plan includes a number of seats and locations. VetLum does not let a clinic go over its plan's limits without agreeing a change first.
• Keep sign-in details private. We recommend turning on two-factor sign-in for every account.

Plans and billing

• Starter Clinic is AED 600 per month and includes 1 veterinarian, 1 receptionist and 1 location. Larger set-ups are priced on request.
• Plans are billed monthly and paid by bank transfer or through a card payment link we send. Each renewal adds one calendar month.
• There is no automatic free trial. A trial period may be agreed in writing.
• If an invoice stays unpaid, we may limit the account to read-only access after letting the clinic owner know.

Your responsibilities

• Clinical decisions remain with your veterinarians. AI output in VetLum is a draft or suggestion; a person reviews it and signs records.
• You are responsible for having the right to store your clients' data and for collecting their consent to messages.
• You remain responsible for your VAT and e-invoicing obligations. VetLum is not an Accredited Service Provider (ASP).
• Do not use VetLum to break the law, to send unwanted messages, or to try to reach another clinic's data.

Your data

Your clinic's records belong to your clinic. A clinic owner can export them at any time. Signed clinical records are kept unchanged; corrections are added as amendments. See the privacy notice for how data is handled.

Availability and changes

We work to keep VetLum available and to back up data every night, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change significantly affects how you use VetLum we will tell you in advance.

Ending

You can stop at the end of any paid month. Download your export before you leave.
