Your clinic's records belong to your clinic. A clinic owner can download a full export at any time: one ZIP with a spreadsheet for each kind of record, plus your documents and patient photos.
The staff screens are in English today. What your clients receive can be in Arabic: reminders, emails, consent forms, certificates and the pre-visit questionnaire, for clients who prefer Arabic.
Yes. VetLum issues tax invoices and credit notes with your TRN and VAT per line. For business and government clients it exports e-invoice XML in the PINT AE structure for your Accredited Service Provider (ASP).
VetLum is not an ASP and does not send e-invoices to the tax authority for you.
You connect your clinic's own WhatsApp Business number in Settings. Messages go out from your number and Meta bills your clinic directly. Only clients who agreed to WhatsApp are messaged.
None beyond what you have. VetLum runs in a web browser on a computer or tablet. There is nothing to install on your computers.

On reliable, secure cloud servers, over encrypted connections. Each clinic's data is kept separate from every other clinic's, the database is backed up every night to separate storage, and a clinic owner can export everything at any time.
Only as a draft you review. AI can turn your dictated findings into SOAP notes or draft a history from the pre-visit questionnaire. Nothing is saved until a vet keeps it, a person always signs, and a clinic owner can turn AI off.
